Giuliani Refuses to Judge Segal Fairly

This show deals with New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's refusal to re-appoint a well respected Family Court Judge who he say's rules to often against the Administration for Children's Services (ACS), even though ACS wins over 90% of the cases they bring before the Family Court. The rally in front of the Kings County Family Court shows the Judge and interviews with lawyers who support the judge and speak out on problems with the way the family courts operate. It also takes us to an earlier protest held by the National Action Network and People United for Children in front of ACS, headquarters in NYC.
