Putting NY's Family Court on Trial

This show puts the New York Family Courts on trial. The U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled it is unconstitutional for The Administration for Children's Services to remove children from their parents without first obtaining a court order unless there is an imminent risk of danger. Yet 85% of ACS's removals are done without a court order when only 25% of the cases fit the imminent risk of danger criteria.
