Goals of ORRCF

ORRCF will produce documentary videos and training films designed to speak to the needs of at risk families, schools, churches, and community centers where the statistics show the highest rate of removal of children in low-risk cases. The Documentaries, videos and articles will in part show the cause and effect of the problem from the point of view of the persons most affected by current rules and policies, the families themselves and the caseworkers that are assigned to deal with them. ORRCF will also provide information for at risk parents that will be geared toward helping them learn their rights and the personal gratification and rewards derived from taking advantage of preventive services.
